Persisted status of a workflow run row — the canonical vocabulary the server stores and serves on every status surface (workflows.getStatus(), workflows.listRuns(), workflows.terminate(), and the workflowStatus event). Identical to WorkflowStatusValue.
completed, failed, terminated and skipped are the terminal states; apply_pending and apply_claimed mean the run is waiting on a client-side apply step; missing means the run's execution can no longer be resolved. A run reads skipped only when it declared a lock with onContention = "ignore" and lost the race — see WorkflowRunSkipReason.
