Interface: CollectionTypeConfigInfo
A collection type's configuration, as returned by the collectionTypeConfigs sub-API (get(), create(), update(), and each entry of list()). Ties a collection type to the rule set and declared-access manifest that govern collections of that type.

The declared-access manifest for this type's CEL rule set, returned parsed. null when none is set. A collection rule set can read a metadata category as md.self.<category>.<key> only when the category is declared here — this is the manifest prerequisite for migrating a collection.contextId binding to a metadata category.
