WorkflowRunErrorCode = "LOCK_CONTENTION" | "LOCK_TIMEOUT"

Platform-owned classification of a failed run (WorkflowRun.errorCode, the workflowStatus event's errorCode). A closed set the server writes; an app can neither mint nor spoof a value.

• LOCK_CONTENTION — the run lost a declarative-lock race and the workflow declared onContention = "fail".
• LOCK_TIMEOUT — the run waited out an onContention = "block" budget without winning the key.
