Terminal status reported by workflows.waitFor(). Narrower than WorkflowStatusValue — waitFor only resolves once the run is done, so "running" can never be reported. apply_pending/apply_claimed are terminal for the purpose of waiting: the workflow finished and its result is available for the client-side apply step.
