Every status a function run can report.
Six words, and the apply-protocol and declarative-lock states are not among them: the apply protocol is not exposed on functions and no function run declares a lock, so apply_pending, apply_claimed and skipped describe a DSL run and nothing else. missing means the run's execution can no longer be resolved — a status, not a failure.
