Payload of the blobs:upload-resumed event (client.on("blobs:upload-resumed", ...)). Fired when a paused upload starts being processed again. The payload is the same queue record as BlobUploadPausedEvent — the two are aliases on purpose, so the pause/resume pair cannot drift apart.
